Remote Support
A unique PIN number will be provided to you by a IFS Support Representative when remote access to your computer is required. It will only be a temporary connection and IFS will NOT have access to your system after the connection has ended. You will have the option to allow us to transfer files to and from your system. Some temporary files may need to be downloaded, when prompted always choose RUN or OPEN.
XP and Vista users may be prompted from your firewall, you will need to choose ALLOW from the popup.
